With just two stands remaining and a waitlist now open, the industry has committed in numbers to Euro Bus Expo, the UK’s largest coach and bus exhibition.

Returning to the NEC Birmingham on 3–5 November, Euro Bus Expo will bring together over 200 exhibitors, around 75 vehicles and 49 first-time exhibitors.

For more than three decades, Euro Bus Expo has brought the coach and bus sector together to discover new products, compare options, exchange ideas and make decisions that influence operations for years to come. The 2026 edition builds on the 2024 event, which welcomed more than 7,000 attendees from 40 countries.

With 49 exhibitors appearing for the first time, operators have a wider field of suppliers to compare in one visit.

The event will bring together 29 vehicle exhibitors, with around 75 buses, coaches, midibuses and minibuses expected on display. The line-up spans major manufacturers, converters and dealers, giving visitors the opportunity to compare vehicles and specifications side by side.

Confirmed vehicle dealers and manufacturers include: Alexander Dennis, Apex Buses, Arobus, BASE, BYD, Coach Traders, Daimler Bus, EVM, GM Coachwork, Harris Group, Irizar, London Hire, Mellor, Minibus Options, Noone Turas, Pelican Bus and Coach / Yutong, PHVC Minibus and Fleet Suppliers, Scania, TBC Conversions, Temsa, Treka, VDL / Van Hool, Volvo, Woodall Nicholson, and Wrightbus.

Among the 49 businesses making their Euro Bus Expo debut are vehicle exhibitors Zhongtong Bus Holdings, Custom Denning, Minicoach World and Tekaydinlar Minibus Design. Newcomers also include well-known organisations Hankook Tyre UK, Castrol and National Highways, alongside numerous technology exhibitors spanning charging, payments, planning, data, connectivity and AI.

Beyond vehicles, the show spans telematics and passenger information, safety, training, parts, software and fleet support. Operators can compare a broad range of products and solutions in one visit.[/ultimate_heading]

Following an industry-wide call for speakers, the Masterclass Theatre programme returns, bringing together operators, manufacturers, authorities, associations and industry specialists. Sessions will explore policy and regulation; franchising and Enhanced Partnerships; AI and data-led operations; zero-emission fleets; compliance and fleet safety; accessibility; and workforce challenges.

A mix of presentations, case studies and panel discussions will give operators practical experience to draw on, alongside discussion of what comes next. The full programme will be announced in September.[/ultimate_heading]

[ultimate_heading main_heading="New roundtable sessions" heading_tag="h3" alignment="left"]

New for 2026, focused roundtable sessions will run alongside the Masterclass Theatre, bringing together operators and invited contributors. The interactive format will be built around questions and shared experience, allowing practical challenges to be worked through in greater depth.[/ultimate_heading]

[dt_quote]Helen Conway, Event Director, comments: “The response from exhibitors has been exceptional. To be down to our final two stands months ahead of the show, while welcoming 49 first-time exhibitors, is a really positive development for visitors.

“That mix of established industry names and companies exhibiting with us for the first time keeps the show floor evolving and gives operators more businesses, products and ideas to discover. We’re also developing the content offer, with focused roundtable discussions alongside the Masterclass Theatre – giving operators more opportunities to ask questions, share experiences and explore practical challenges in greater depth.”[/dt_quote]

Some things are better in person

You can do a lot from a desk. You can read product spec sheets. You can scroll through LinkedIn for industry updates. You can revisit the Masterclass Theatre sessions from 2024.

But there are things that don't translate. The feel of a new vehicle interior. How comfortable your drivers and passengers will be after hours on the road. The off-record comment from a fellow operator that changes how you think about a problem you've been stuck on for months. The supplier whose question, asked at the right moment, opens up a route you hadn't considered.

That's what Euro Bus Expo is for. Three days at NEC Birmingham, 3–5 November 2026, where the entire UK coach and bus industry comes together.

With 36 first-time exhibitors joining a confirmed line-up building towards 200, this is what to expect in 2026.

New vehicles, on the show floor

A spec sheet tells you what a vehicle is. A walk-around brings it to life – and the conversation alongside it is often where a decision gets made.

Euro Bus Expo 2026 brings together more than 25 vehicle exhibitors and over 75 vehicles across the halls. That's the largest single gathering of UK road-ready coach, bus, and mini/midi buses anywhere in the world. Powertrains, formats, and manufacturers you won't find together anywhere else in the country.

Recent additions to the show include Scania, Temsa, and Noone, who join a show floor already populated by leading manufacturers and dealers serving the UK market.

Major launches happen at Euro Bus Expo because this is where the industry comes to do business. This year, that includes the world premiere of the Futura 3 right-hand drive on the show floor from VDL Bus Group.

Irizar, fresh from opening its new UK headquarters in Blyth, will be on the floor with its latest line-up, alongside Alexander Dennis, Daimler Buses, Pelican Yutong, and Volvo, plus BYD, Mellor, and Wrightbus, and many of the other major manufacturers serving the UK market.

Selected vehicles may also be available for ride and drive across the three days. Multiple manufacturers, side-by-side. The kind of direct comparison that brochure specs and demo videos can't deliver.

For anyone making real fleet decisions, this is the only environment in the UK that lets you see, drive, and shortlist multiple manufacturers in a single visit.

The supply chain, in the same room

The vehicles get the headlines. But no fleet runs on vehicles alone.

Beyond the manufacturer stands, Euro Bus Expo brings together the companies you partner with, build relationships with, and rely on.

Charging and depot infrastructure partners like Zenobe. Operational software and telematics from Microlise, Geotab, and others. Ticketing and payments specialists like Ticketer, Masabi, and Littlepay. Finance, leasing, and legal advice from Asset Alliance Group, Gallagher, and Backhouse Jones. And the components, seating, training, and aftermarket specialists that keep your fleet on the road and your operation competitive.

The technical question. The handshake that turns an enquiry into an order. The relationship that grows over years of working together. All of it moves faster when the people involved are in the same room.

That's why the whole industry comes to Euro Bus Expo. A sector that only meets one part of itself at a time isn't really meeting at all.

Innovation, in front of you

The most efficient way to see what's new across the supply chain.

The Innovation Challenge is where you find the products, technologies, and services that could take your operation to the next level – competing for your vote across days one and two, with finalists pitching live in the Masterclass Theatre on day three.

For suppliers, it's a platform that puts new thinking directly in front of the buyers who can act on it. For visitors, it's the fastest way to find what's new across the supply chain – and do business with the people behind it.

Where the industry talks honestly

Some conversations are better in person.

The Masterclass Theatre is where the people who've already solved your problem share how. The 2026 programme tackles the issues most pressing for operators and authorities right now.

Peers tackling the same challenges, in the same room, in real time. That's what changes thinking. The candid bits, the admissions, the real detail happens on the day.

And if you've got something the industry needs to hear, the Theatre is where it belongs. The Call for Speakers is open. If you've solved a problem others are still working on, navigated a regulatory change, identified a way the sector can progress, or have a clear view on what's coming next, this is the platform to share. Submissions close 19 June 2026.

See the topics and apply to speak.

Be there

You can read about Euro Bus Expo. You can catch up with the highlights afterwards. You can scroll through the post-show coverage and feel you've kept pace.

Or you can be there.

Some things are better in person. Especially when the whole industry is in the room.

Registration is open. Free entry, three days, the entire UK coach and bus sector under one roof. Get your ticket today.

If you want your business in front of the operators and decision-makers driving the sector forward, the last stands available are going fast. Contact Martin Laverton on +44 (0) 1733 405735 or [email protected] before they're gone.

Registration opens as Euro Bus Expo 2026 builds towards a major NEC showcase

The UK’s definitive bus and coach exhibition returns to the NEC Birmingham on 3-5 November 2026.

Visitor registration has opened for Euro Bus Expo, which has been the meeting place for the UK bus and coach industry for over three decades. Returning to the NEC Birmingham this November, the three-day exhibition will deliver vehicle displays, technology showcases, and the latest industry insights.

The 2026 edition, supported by show partner Confederation of Passenger Transport (CPT), is expected to welcome more than 200 exhibitors. 22 vehicle exhibitors have already confirmed their attendance, spanning bus, coach, and mini and midi bus. They are joined by a growing line-up of technology, infrastructure, and service suppliers covering everything from fleet management and charging to passenger systems, driver training, and finance.

For visiting operators, Euro Bus Expo captures everything the industry could need under one roof – delivering time and travel efficiencies, productive supplier conversations, and the opportunity to consolidate months of research into a matter of days. Whether planning fleet renewal, exploring zero-emission options, or reviewing operational technology, visitors can assess their choices, ask the right questions, and move decisions forward across three focused days.

Helen Conway, Event Director for Euro Bus Expo, said: "Euro Bus Expo is where the industry comes together to meet suppliers face to face, see the latest innovations and make informed business decisions. The 2026 exhibitor line-up is building at pace, with a packed and broad-ranging showcase set for this November. We’re looking forward to welcoming the industry back to the NEC."

Launched in 2024, Euro Bus Expo Connect returns as the event's dedicated networking platform. Attendees can search for exhibitors and products ahead of the event, schedule meetings directly with suppliers, and build a personal itinerary of appointments and theatre sessions. A hosted meeting lounge at the event will also provide dedicated space for key business discussions. The platform opens in September 2026, allowing registered attendees to lock in meetings early and maximise their time at the event.

The Masterclass Theatre programme is now in development, with sessions set to tackle the operational, commercial, and regulatory priorities facing the sector. Through a Call for Speakers, industry professionals are invited to apply to share their real-world insights and experiences. Submissions can be made via the show website before the 24 June 2026 deadline.

Registration is free of charge and open to industry professionals via the show website, eurobusxpo.com. Registering early means being among the first to receive event updates, theatre announcements, and access to Euro Bus Expo Connect when it launches in September.

With new exhibitors joining the line-up every week and the show now over 80% sold, businesses interested in exhibiting should contact Martin Laverton at the earliest opportunity at [email protected], +44 (0) 1733 405735, or visit eurobusxpo.com/why-exhibit.
