Euro Bus Expo takes place at the NEC Birmingham, one of the UK’s leading exhibition venues, with excellent transport links and on-site parking.

By rail: Birmingham International station is a short walk from the NEC, with regular services from across the UK.
By car: The NEC is directly accessible from the M42 (Junction 6), with clear signage from the M6, M6 Toll and M40. On-site parking is available.
By air: Birmingham Airport is adjacent to the NEC, with a free automated people mover connecting the two.

Euro Bus Expo is a trade only event and is not open to the general public. Admission is restricted to professional persons working in the bus and coach industry, and is for over 18s only. Proof of trade status may be requested on arrival.

Students studying full-time at college or university will not be admitted without prior permission from the organisers. If you’d like to request permission to attend, please contact us ahead of the show.

Children under 18 will not be admitted to the event without prior agreement between the carer and the organisers. The exhibition is a place of business, and the presence of children is not encouraged.

There are a number of health and safety issues to consider, including large crowds and heavy vehicle movement. Please bear this in mind when thinking about bringing a child to the venue. Children under 2 must be in a pram, pushchair or baby carrier; if you do not have one of these items, you will unfortunately not be allowed into the show.

When arriving at the venue, you, as the child’s guardian, will have to sign a waiver stating you understand the health and safety implications of bringing a child into the show. If you do not wish to sign the waiver, you will not be admitted. There are no crèche facilities available. This policy applies to show open hours only, as no children will be allowed into the hall during build-up and dismantling.

Admission to Euro Bus Expo is free to visitors working in the bus and coach industry.

When you register you’ll receive a confirmation email with a link to your badge as a PDF. Simply print it and bring it along. We’ll give you a lanyard when you get there. Your badge gives you entry across all three days of the show.

Your badge is valid for entry across all three days of the show, so there’s no need to register again if you return.

No. Visitors are not permitted to solicit business anywhere on the show floor, including handing out literature, approaching visitors or exhibitors in the aisles, or wearing company-branded clothing at the event. Anyone doing so will be asked to leave.

As long as you have registered, you will be able to collect your badge onsite. Just ask one of the staff in the registration area and they will assist you. We will also send a badge reminder email a week before the show to all those registered, to ensure they have their badge handy.

If you haven’t registered in advance, you can also register on the day at the show.

Your visitor badge acts as an electronic business card. If you allow an exhibitor to scan it, you’re sharing your name, contact details and consenting to them contacting you about their products or services, including, in some cases, transferring your data outside the European Economic Area for that purpose. Only allow your badge to be scanned by exhibitors you’d genuinely like to hear from. You can withdraw your consent directly with that exhibitor at any time.
