Registration opens as Euro Bus Expo 2026 builds towards a major NEC showcase
The UK’s definitive bus and coach exhibition returns to the NEC Birmingham on 3-5 November 2026.
Visitor registration has opened for Euro Bus Expo, which has been the meeting place for the UK bus and coach industry for over three decades. Returning to the NEC Birmingham this November, the three-day exhibition will deliver vehicle displays, technology showcases, and the latest industry insights.
The 2026 edition, supported by show partner Confederation of Passenger Transport (CPT), is expected to welcome more than 200 exhibitors. 22 vehicle exhibitors have already confirmed their attendance, spanning bus, coach, and mini and midi bus. They are joined by a growing line-up of technology, infrastructure, and service suppliers covering everything from fleet management and charging to passenger systems, driver training, and finance.
For visiting operators, Euro Bus Expo captures everything the industry could need under one roof – delivering time and travel efficiencies, productive supplier conversations, and the opportunity to consolidate months of research into a matter of days. Whether planning fleet renewal, exploring zero-emission options, or reviewing operational technology, visitors can assess their choices, ask the right questions, and move decisions forward across three focused days.
Helen Conway, Event Director for Euro Bus Expo, said: "Euro Bus Expo is where the industry comes together to meet suppliers face to face, see the latest innovations and make informed business decisions. The 2026 exhibitor line-up is building at pace, with a packed and broad-ranging showcase set for this November. We’re looking forward to welcoming the industry back to the NEC."
Launched in 2024, Euro Bus Expo Connect returns as the event's dedicated networking platform. Attendees can search for exhibitors and products ahead of the event, schedule meetings directly with suppliers, and build a personal itinerary of appointments and theatre sessions. A hosted meeting lounge at the event will also provide dedicated space for key business discussions. The platform opens in September 2026, allowing registered attendees to lock in meetings early and maximise their time at the event.
The Masterclass Theatre programme is now in development, with sessions set to tackle the operational, commercial, and regulatory priorities facing the sector. Through a Call for Speakers, industry professionals are invited to apply to share their real-world insights and experiences. Submissions can be made via the show website before the 24 June 2026 deadline.
Registration is free of charge and open to industry professionals via the show website, eurobusxpo.com. Registering early means being among the first to receive event updates, theatre announcements, and access to Euro Bus Expo Connect when it launches in September.
With new exhibitors joining the line-up every week and the show now over 80% sold, businesses interested in exhibiting should contact Martin Laverton at the earliest opportunity at [email protected], +44 (0) 1733 405735, or visit eurobusxpo.com/why-exhibit.
Vehicles, technology and operational solutions under one roof
As the UK’s definitive bus and coach exhibition, Euro Bus Expo 2026 brings together leading vehicle manufacturers, technology providers, product and service specialists. It offers operators direct access to the solutions, partnerships and expertise needed to navigate fleet renewal, improve operational efficiency and enhance service delivery.
For over three decades, the major exhibition has been the meeting place for the UK bus and coach industry. It returns to NEC Birmingham from 3–5 November 2026. For operators managing fleet replacement, zero-emission transition and tightening budgets, the choices made over the next 12 months will shape operations for years to come. Euro Bus Expo is where those choices are informed.
The 2026 edition builds on the success of the 2024 event, which welcomed more than 7,000 attendees from 40 countries. Momentum for the next instalment is building quickly, with over 130 exhibitors already confirmed 10 months ahead of the event. The pace of bookings across vehicle, technology and service categories promises a comprehensive marketplace for attendees.
At a time when fleet investment decisions are becoming increasingly complex, visiting operators will benefit from greater choice, more informed research and better product discovery.

Vehicle manufacturers and specialists
The biennial trade show brings together an extensive range of bus and coach suppliers, from global manufacturers and leading UK builders to specialist converters, dealers and leasing providers.
The 2024 event featured over 75 vehicles on display. With 19 vehicle exhibitors already confirmed for 2026, operators gain direct access to vehicles designed specifically for the UK-market.
The latest names to join the line-up include Arobus, Daimler Buses UK, Harris Bus & Coach UK, Volvo and Woodall Nicholson. They are joined by Custom Denning, Australia’s longest-established bus manufacturer, making its first appearance at a UK exhibition. Bringing this breadth of vehicle suppliers together enables side-by-side discussion of powertrain choice, total cost of ownership, vehicle availability and long-term support with the teams responsible for design, build and delivery.
Beyond Vehicles
Euro Bus Expo has never been a vehicle-only event, and its wider value continues to grow. Technology, data and operational specialists will showcase the systems that increasingly define fleet performance and day-to-day delivery. Payment platforms, passenger information, telematics, driver safety, fleet optimisation and compliance tools are all represented, with recent signings including Geotab, Masabi, Littlepay, Tranzaura, Thetis IT and DriveTech.
Alongside established technology providers, the line-up also includes specialists in driver training, vehicle safety, seating, connectivity and fleet support services, reflecting the increasingly integrated ecosystem operators rely on to improve efficiency, safety and service delivery.
Event Director Helen Conway says: "The strength of industry engagement means operators will benefit from real breadth and depth on the show floor. We are seeing a real commitment from across the supply chain, driven by the fact that Euro Bus Expo brings decision-makers and solutions together in one place. For operators, that means being able to assess options, ask the right questions and move projects forward far more efficiently”.
Attending Euro Bus Expo saves operators from multiple site visits, fragmented supplier conversations and extended research cycles. From vehicles and powertrains to passenger technology, finance structures to driver welfare, and safety systems to business services, everything can be assessed in a single, focused environment.

Where insights meet investment decisions
Insights and peer discussion remain central to the event. The 2024 programme featured 47 expert speakers, covering policy, funding, technology and operational best practice. That focus on shared learning will continue in 2026, with the Call for Speakers returning to ensure content within the Masterclass Theatre reflects the challenges and priorities operators are facing now.
Euro Bus Expo 2026 takes place at the NEC Birmingham from 3–5 November. Entry is free, with registration opening in April 2026. For more information, visit eurobusxpo.com.
