Tell us a bit more your company
We are battery experts increasing the momentum towards zero emissions with battery analytics and cloud computing software. Our energy and mobility future is built on batteries. With the staggering increase in demand for battery systems, the need to ensure safety while continuously optimizing battery performance, lifetime, and sustainability are a top priority. That’s where we come in. We support fleet managers, electrification project leaders, and battery engineers to prevent battery failures, increase reliability and longevity, and track battery performance to inform future purchase decisions.
We manage millions of batteries around the world, spanning all relevant cell chemistries, form factors and use cases—from buses to sports cars to stationary storage. With the BVG, Berliner Verkehrsbetriebe – one of the largest public transport authorities in Germany, we’ve established a partnership to not only monitor their e-bus batteries for safety but to accompany them on their electrification journey to have 1,600 e-buses by 2030. Our solution enables BVG’s electrification department to monitor the safety and get automatic alerts before failing batteries become dangerous to ensure the safety of passengers and crews, to plan maintenance, and avoid unnecessary downtimes.
ACCURE was founded in 2020 by Dr. Kai-Philipp Kairies, Dr. Johannes Palmer and Dr. Georg Angenendt. With a clear vision to accelerate the transition to clean energy and mobility and a problem-solving spirit, they set out to develop new, modern solutions to process and analyze the growing volume of data generated by battery management systems. Today more than 70 engineers and scientists from the world’s leading research groups and tech companies work together across North America and Europe to make batteries safer, more reliable, and sustainable using data analytics.
Tell us about your latest product(s), service(s), promotions or launches visitors can hope to see on your stand:
We’re all about battery analytics software to ensure a safe, reliable and sustainable transition to 100% battery-electric mobility.
Our visitors can learn about our battery intelligence platform and how they can reduce the risk and complexity of transitioning to an electric fleet.
Procurement Directors will be most interested in the Performance Manager, while Fleet and Electrification Leaders will want to know more about Safety Manager and Lifetime Manager:
ACCURE Safety Manager: Batteries have a certain risk of failure, potentially leading to explosions and fires. Safety Manager continuously monitors the fleet batteries using existing data and detects safety critical battery behavior weeks before it become dangerous. This allows operators to ensure the safety of passengers and crews, plan maintenance, and supports insurance policies to reduce OPEX.
ACCURE Performance Manager: As the backbone of our mobility future, batteries need to perform reliably. But experience has shown that batteries don’t always work as promised by the manufacturer, leaving electric buses stranded on winter streets or stuck at the depot. Online monitoring allows operators and procurement teams to identify under-performing batteries, ensure operation within warranty requirements, compare battery performance across suppliers and negotiate contracts at eye level.
ACCURE Lifetime Manager: The lifetime of a battery depends on a multitude of factors – from chemistry and form factor to temperature and load profiles during usage. But even two identical batteries used in the exact same way will behave differently as they age. Lifetime Manager accurately calculates the state of health and predicts the aging of batteries, including the impact of operating conditions. With these insights operators can improve the charging strategy, capacity and lifetime of their batteries by up to 25%, increasing the profitability and reducing the carbon footprint.

Tell us about your latest products, services, promotions or launches that visitors can hope to see on your stand:
We’ll be showcasing the breadth of the Geotab Bus & Coach offering, anchored by our GO telematics devices and the MyGeotab fleet management platform. Our platform offers actionable fleet management and vehicle maintenance solutions that can optimise operations, improve driver safety, and ensure that operators are empowered to deliver a consistently high level of service to their customers.
Typically, operators need a few basic things done right: knowing where their vehicles are, preventing breakdowns, controlling and improving driver behaviour, and ensuring optimal and efficient operations.
The technology in our GO devices plugs directly into the on-vehicle diagnostics interface, uncovering a wealth of valuable and insightful data for operators with this endeavour in mind. For example, should a coach exhibit a fault at an early stage, this can be alerted to managers immediately, saving potentially thousands of pounds in the future before it escalates further.
Similarly, the combination of real-time vehicle data and sensor insights can infer negative driver behaviour traits which can be utilised to directly inform future training and performance improvement, where required.
Finally, insights can be drawn to understand how vehicles are being used: for example, excessive idling for long periods of time or outside environmentally-sensitive areas such as schools and parks, or optimising vehicle usage and energy consumption to save money.
Underpinning this all is MyGeotab: the web-based fleet management platform that is available to all Geotab customers. For bus and coach fleets of any size, uniting all vehicle insights and data in one single place is a game changer in ensuring quicker, more informed decision making—from operational optimisation to robust vehicle maintenance monitoring.
We’ll be showcasing how our GO devices and MyGeotab can work together to provide bus and coach operators with the powerful fleet intelligence they need.
