Coach Options adds a second Van Hool TDX21 Altano interdeck
Coach Options has added a Van Hool TDX21 Altano to its fleet, the second such vehicle to join the Rochdale operator. It has been supplied by VDL Bus and Coach UK.
It has been delivered with 40 Kiel seats on the upper deck and five more in the lower area. All are in real leather with diamond stitching and three-point belts. Peripheral downlighting at the roofline is also fitted.
AD Coach Systems will complete the interior to team coach specification, but also included from the factory is a centre sunken toilet and an entertainment package. The exterior is in Coach Options’ distinctive livery including a fader at the front.
Power comes from the DAF MX-13 engine rated at 530bhp driving through an Allison T525R automatic gearbox.
The coach was handed over to Coach Options Director Gareth Williams (pictured, right) by VDL Bus and Coach UK sales representative Robert White (pictured, left).

Anderson Black Executive Travel adds an EVM Grand Tourer mini
Anderson Black Executive Travel of Bonnyrigg has introduced a Mercedes-Benz Sprinter with coachbuilt Grand Tourer bodywork, supplied by EVM UK.
It has 16 high-specification passenger seats in a grey finish with brown inserts, diamond stitching, and the Mercedes-Benz logo within the backrest. Two tables are fitted at the rear in a matching scheme, with that coordination further extending to the curtains.
The Grand Tourer is cited as being ideal for Anderson Black Executive Travel requirements, which centre on provision of luxury transport services for corporate, private and event clients. The Midlothian operator is a returning customer to EVM UK.
Other specification elements within the new arrival include a fridge in the dash, USB charging points, Webasto saloon air-conditioning, panoramic double-glazed saloon windows, and a 2.8 cubic metre boot.
The minicoach also comes with a multimedia system incorporating an MBUX package and 10-inch screen, and exterior chrome detailing. It is set off by a cherished registration mark.

Chandlers Coach Travel adds a Mercedes-Benz Tourismo M/3
Chandlers Coach Travel of Westbury has taken delivery of a Mercedes-Benz Tourismo M/3, supplied by Daimler Buses UK.
It is to range-topping Premium Plus Ultimate specification and has 53 seats in Voyage Ambassador half-leather trim. Armrests, extendable headrests, drop-down tables and cupholders complete the seat specification.
USB charging points, a centre sunken toilet and a servery are also fitted along with a pair of 21.5-inch monitors. The driver benefits from a heated seat.
Safety fitments include a reversing camera and peripheral lighting at the roofline to assist manoeuvring. Active Brake Assist 6, Sideguard Assist 2 and Traffic Sign Assist are further safety-related programmes.
Power is from the OM 470 engine developing 422bhp coupled to a ZF EcoLife six-speed automatic gearbox. A cherished 26-plate registration mark representing the Chandlers Coach Travel name and chrome around the grille complete the visual effect.
