RedSky and Walls Construction have collaborated to create an effective Supply Chain Management solution. Walls Construction, a top building contractor in Ireland, sought a platform to optimise subcontractor management and streamline business processes. After careful evaluation, they chose RedSky’s solution for its robustness and user-friendliness.

The partnership began with the forming of a Steering Committee, which set three primary objectives for the new solution: creating a central repository of subcontractor metrics, providing an integrated system for information dissemination, and developing a modern, user-friendly interface to enhance user adoption and engagement.

Following a successful 90-day pilot study, Walls Construction went live with the RedSky Supply Chain Management solution in November 2023. The software is being rolled out across various departments, including Surveying, Estimating, Contract Management, HSE, Quality Control, Finance, and senior management.

The system provides a central repository for subcontractor information, streamlines workflows, ensures robust security, and enhances contract performance management. It also offers fast access to real-time data, driving efficiency and improving decision-making.

Walls Construction acknowledges the cultural shift brought about by the new system and the need for a top-down approach to drive adoption. RedSky’s tutorial videos have aided staff training and saved time and resources.
