Reduce your waste

Minimise waste by using materials that are designed for reuse and repurpose. For example, modular booth structures can be assembled and disassembled multiple times, reducing the need for new materials if you exhibit again.

Use sustainable materials

Choose materials that are environmentally friendly such as bamboo, recycled plastic, or biodegradable materials.

Aim for a paperless stand

Use digital marketing materials instead of paper. This includes digital brochures, flyers, and other promotional materials. Order data capture apps for stand staff to reduce the use of business cards.

Choose sustainable giveaways

Give away items that are environmentally friendly, such as reusable water bottles, tote bags, or bamboo utensils.

Use LED lights
