You can send a meeting request, and the recipient will select a suitable time and location (either at an exhibitor stand or in the Meeting Lounge). Be sure to update your availability to make scheduling meetings easier.
After logging into Euro Bus Expo Connect, navigate to your profile and update your availability by blocking the times you won’t be attending the show. This ensures that meetings are only scheduled when you are available.

If you need to reschedule a meeting, you can do so directly on the Euro Bus Expo Connect platform by finding the meeting in your itinerary and requesting a new time with the contact. Make sure your availability is updated to accommodate any changes.

3. Data Sharing
- Contact information (such as phone numbers and emails) will not be displayed publicly on the platform and will only be shared with contacts once a meeting request has been accepted.
- Other platform users may only access contact information with explicit consent, such as when a meeting is confirmed or when badge scanning occurs.

4. Opting Out of Euro Bus Expo Connect
If you do not wish to use the Euro Bus Expo Connect platform, you can opt out by adjusting your preferences within your profile. However, opting out will prevent you from using the meeting scheduling and matchmaking functions.
