Our sustainability commitment
We understand that our actions and decisions have a significant impact on the world around us. That’s why we’re committed to working sustainably with our visitors, exhibitors, and stakeholders to consider the long-term impact of our business on the environment and society. By reducing waste, conserving resources, investing in renewable energy and supporting local communities, we strive to operate with environmental and social responsibility. Our goal is to create a better future for ourselves, our customers, and generations to come.
We understand there is no one-size-fits-all solution to the environmental challenges we all face. But we do know that we all need to make a change and that every little change makes a difference. Our sustainability journey has started with new initiatives across the wider business. Explore our efforts below and see how we are making a positive impact with this event.
Minimising our environmental impact
- We reuse or recycle all signage.
- We recycle all uncontaminated carpet and no longer use aisle carpet.
- All our shell scheme is made from natural wood and are reused after the event.
- We have heavily reduced printed marketing material and only use sustainably sourced paper.
- Where possible we collect and reuse lanyards. All new lanyards we purchase for future events will be made with sustainable materials.
- We encourage our Exhibitors to exhibit sustainably. More info for Exhibitors here.
- We encourage all visitors to use public transport to travel to the event.
- We work with suppliers to offset carbon emissions.
Reducing our carbon footprint
