Tell us a bit about your company

VT-Lab is a Spanish tech company specialized in developing visual productivity solutions using Extended Reality technologies for companies in the AEC (Architecture, Engineering, and Construction) sector since 2016.

Before founding VT-Lab, I owned a construction company and experienced first-hand the challenges and difficulties in improving productivity and creating digital and traceable information in the sector. With this understanding, we created our product, VT-Platform, which focuses on bringing BIM to the field, making projects accessible and easy to understand for all stakeholders.

We offer a complete and autonomous solution that integrates virtual reality, augmented reality, mixed reality, and web on a single platform: VT-Platform.

VT-Platform enables construction workers to benefit from using a BIM model in XR, through a simple mobile device or XR headset, without the need for specific BIM knowledge, with simple and accessible digital tools. Through this, they can digitally communicate in real-time with spatially contextualized information to office workers, centralizing communication around the BIM model. This approach reduces duplicate work and minimizes time loss.

Improve your productivity with VT-Platform and expect savings within the following range:
5 – 20% fewer contractual deadline delays.
50 – 60% fewer errors and rework thanks to early detection.
10 – 20% lower material and time expenses.
This year, we’ve launched our new solution: Issue Tracking. With this tool, you can create, position, and edit issues directly on your BIM model, whether you’re in the field or the office, using extended reality technology. Additionally, you can import and export BCFs to seamlessly integrate with other software.
