As an exhibitor, there are several ways to promote sustainability and reduce your environmental impact.
Here are some ways you can exhibit more sustainably:

Reduce your waste

Minimize waste by using materials that are designed for reuse and repurpose. For example, by renting furniture, plants and stand materials from our partner Mäss Service, they can reuse these items again and again.

Use sustainable materials

Choose materials that are environmentally friendly such as bamboo, recycled plastic, or biodegradable materials.

Aim for a paperless stand

Use digital marketing materials instead of paper. This includes digital brochures, flyers, and other promotional materials. Order data capture apps for stand staff to reduce the use of business cards.

Choose sustainable giveaways

Give away items that are environmentally friendly, such as reusable water bottles, tote bags, or bamboo utensils.

Excess food and stock

If you are unable to transport your excess products after the event, our food charity partner Matmissionen will collect leftovers. They can accept all food items and most other products.

Avoid single use plastic

Try to use alternatives to plastic banners and signage, such as fabric banners or digital displays. Avoid the use of single-use plastic bags or packaging for promotional items. Provide stand staff with refillable water bottles.

Reduce carbon emissions from transport and travel

Try to use local suppliers to reduce transport time for materials. Encourage staff to use public transportation or carpool to the event.
