For the Nordic Organic Food Fair’s 10th anniversary edition it has named Poland it’s ‘Country of the Year’. We are doing a lot to celebrate, with a dedicated opening ceremony, two Polish pavilions (one in the Natural Beauty Show), live cooking demonstrations, and two seminars talking about ‘the rise of organic’ in Poland.
