Sustainability quantified: Choosing and communicating the right claims to the right audience

With the sustainability movement going mainstream worldwide, and especially in Scandinavia, the market is getting crowded. To succeed and stand out, companies must take a much more measured, tactical approach. Whether it’s ingredients, production or packaging, using and communicating the right message is crucial. Povilas Sugintas from Euromonitor International will advocate for a data-driven approach, something that is now possible due to the rise of e-commerce.

Gain more knowledge on trends in foodservice after corona and what the first movers want for the future of organics and sustainability.

How to break into the mass market: Triggers and barriers

A frequent question from health and sustainable brands is how to break through the barriers to reaching mass market consumers. The Healthy Marketing Team (HMT) conducted research into mass market consumer motivations and drivers in cooperation with Lund University, Sweden and the international Master Course in Applied Cultural Analysis (MACA). In this session Ida Mao from the HMT will be going through research findings and revealing the triggers and barriers for mass market entry.
