Plant-based is on the seminar agenda with a talk by Dennis Hvad, International Market Director, Organic Denmark titled:  Why organic should be part of the plant-based agenda.

‘The plant-based food market has been growing steadily throughout the last couple of years and is expected to do so in the years to come. Attention towards organic within this market has, however, been little. Based on new market analyses by Organic Denmark, this presentation links consumer preferences within the green segment (vegetarians, vegans, flexitarians) to that of the organic segment, emphasizing the need for an organic focus within the future market for plant-based food.’

November 15th – 11:30 AM – 12:00 PM
