One schedule size does not fit all…and we recognize the benefit of providing employees with the flexibility and support to balance work and demands in their personal life. Many employees work our hybrid schedule (2 days in office, 3 days from home), some work a fully remote schedule from their home office, and some prefer to come to the office each day.
