To end the year off here at Diversified, we celebrated our annual strategy day – see last post for more details, and on the day we celebrated the announcement of our second Excellence in Customer Service Award – 
awarding individuals in the company going above and beyond in their customer care moments.

Customer Service is integral to everything we do at Diversified and so its a wonderful way to acknowledge the dedication and hard work many of us commit to our customers. 

The 2018 Excellence in Customer Service Award went to Tracey Harrison – Peterborough Office Manager and Coach Drivers’ Club membership executive. 

Tracey’s nomination: 

“She just nails it every time. Her customers lover her. She works tirelessly to prepare everything to make judging easy, nothing is ever too much trouble. She is the glue” 

Other nominations also went to: 

Zoe Lacey Cooper (Portfolio director – Accountex) – A true example of ‘attention giver’ and kind human being

Rachel Gregory (Sales Manager, Accountex Portfolio) – “How nice it is to be working with a like minded and well organised person. You make the difference”

Dominic Roberjot (Publisher – Natural Products News) – As a client, Dom is one of the best guys I have ever worked with.  He knows how to create special relationships and I always look forward to working with Diversified.

Richard Randell (Operations Manager) – The contractors love him, the customers love him and his team loves him.  Always happy to help, courteous and unflappable. 

Cheri Arvonio (Event Manager: Ocean Business and Marelec & Operations Manager: GEO Business) – I have been here less than a month and she has made me feel so unbelievably welcome. She is passionate about what she does, and really infectious for everyone in the office. She is just incredibly inspiring.

Siobhan Thompson (Senior Sales Exec – Natural Products Scandinavia & Nordic Organic Food Fair) – She has been incredibly helpful and patient with clients who drove me to distraction.  She is charming and efficient and always leaves her clients super happy, even when there is a problem.

Sophie Bresnahan (Sales Exec – Natural Products Scandinavia & Nordic Organic Food Fair) – Sophie has an incredible natural ability to turn a difficult situation into a positive one.  In one particular situation, which ended up going legal, the client still thanked Sophie for her excellent communication skills and devotion to try to fix the situation

Sheila Ramaiya (Sales Manager, Ocean Business & GEO) – She always goes the extra mile. She has been known to give wine to clients for birthdays, and will get the team to sign card for clients who celebrate a special occasion

Apinya Wright (Cotswolds Office & Events Coordinator) – She just does sooooo many things that makes every day so special.  She helps to make every day so positive andshe always goes the extra mile.

Sharna Waid (PR Manager) – The press always raves about how helpful and patient she is. One woman called her ‘International Wonder Woman’, she is always prompt, professional,calm and always shows great customer service. She works incredibly hard across so many events, yet always manages to smile and support her colleagues.  She is an absolute pleasure to work with.
