Diversified UK have introduced the first ever Excellence in Customer Service Award. Of course, great customer service is an integral part of delivering exceptional events and publications, so this award helps to celebrate the individuals going above and beyond in their customer care moments.

The first winner is the amazing Melina Viking, sales manager of Natural Products Scandinavia & the Nordic Organic Food Fair, who received the following email from one of her clients:
