Diversified has partnered with Clusivity to create a workplace that reflects the diverse experiences of all employees and enhances our Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) efforts. Clusivity conducts DEI audits and develops strategies for talent retention, while offering specialised training in inclusive leadership and unconscious bias. Their innovative technology solutions, including bias-free hiring tools and DEI surveys, help us better evaluate our initiatives and embed inclusive practices throughout our organisation.
