An initiative to ensure that buyers meet suppliers. Pure and simple.
The aim is to bring international buyers to the event to do business with exciting suppliers, in a relaxed but professional environment.
You just need to be responsible for sourcing natural, organic, sustainable and eco products to qualify for a place.

Criteria
It's your first time attending the show
You represent a supermarket, retail chain, distributor, wholesaler, importer or exporter
You source natural, organic, sustainable and eco products for your business
Terms & Conditions
Diversified Business Communications UK Ltd. will contribute up to €200 to the cost of travel and up to 250 SEK per day (max. 2 days) towards the cost of lunch. All flights must be booked in advance by the attendee and a receipt submitted with the refund request form prior to the event for reimbursement. Reimbursement will take place after the show in 2024.
Accommodation will be booked and paid for in advance by Diversified Business Communications UK Ltd. at the Host Hotel for Wednesday 9 October 2024. All room service / minibar costs and expenses, will be covered by the attending individual and not Diversified Business Communications UK Ltd. and must be settled on departure. You will be asked to present your passport on arrival for additional bookings.
Breakfast at the host hotel will be included on the morning of Thursday 10 October 2024. In addition, you are eligible for reimbursement for lunch – up to 250 SEK per day (max. 2 days).
The cancellation deadline is 18 September 2024. Your trip will be paid for by the organiser, however, any cancellations after this date will be chargeable to the fee of €450, unless a replacement individual, that also meets the attending criteria is put forward from the attending organisation.
As part of the International Hosted Buyer programme, you will be required to attend and visit the show. Expenses will only be covered for Hosted Buyer participants on attendance of the event. To ensure your attendance you will need to visit the VIP Lounge during your visit and have your badge scanned on entry to the lounge.
As standard we will only offer one fully paid for place on the programme, per company. If you believe another buyer within your organisation also qualifies for the programme please contact us.
