What are a few main takeaways from your session at the show?
How Sweden is working to promote sustainable and organic food products on the export market, and that there is a great opportunity for importers to reach out to Swedish companies finding both innovative and high-quality products.
What one person or business in the natural, organic/sustainable industry do you really admire and why?
Everyone involved in the Nordic Oats project, this will be a great success in the future.
What do you see as key trends for eco & organic products in the coming year?
Plant based products in all shapes and sizes.
How important is Natural Beauty & Health Show /Nordic Organic Food Fair to you/the industry?
It is of course an important fair, which “Try Swedish” have been participating in for the last couple of years. We can also see that both the fair and the demand for Swedish organic products is growing, which is positive.
What’s the best advice you’ve ever been given?
Nothing is impossible.
Who or what inspires you to be even better?
My family. And also meeting and learning from different people
Tell us a fun fact about yourself that most people don’t know.
I’m a brilliant chef and the Mediterranean kitchen is my true home.
